Tirupati: Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) Executive Council meeting held in Vijayawada on Wednesday. It has approved to construct additional floor for Sericulture department with FIST funds of Rs 14 lakh.
Tenders will also be called for construction of dining hall. It was also decided to continue the Registrar Prof DM Mamatha in that post until further orders. The meeting gave approvals to the issues relating to the DA, pensioners and medical leaves.
Principal Secretary to the Education department Adityanath Das, VC Prof V Durga Bhavani, EC members Lalitha Kumari, Sumathi, Prof DB Krishna Kumari, Prof Bharathi, Rector Prof V Umaand Registrar have participated.
