Coastal Andhra to receive rain, thundershowers

Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema are likely to receive moderate rain or thundershowers during the next 24 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, the remaining places in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will witness dry weather during the next five days. The low-pressure area in the southwest Bay of Bengal has moved away from Andhra Pradesh with a trough of low at mean sea level lying in the southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka Coast.
