Borra, Araku tourist package out
To clear tourists rush, railways have decided for partial restoration of 58501/58502 passenger between Visakhapatnam-Chimidipalle-Visakhapatnam from November 28 to December 4 with the composition of One Vistadome coach, two general class coaches and one second-class-cum-luggage van.
Visakhapatnam: To clear tourists rush, railways have decided for partial restoration of 58501/58502 passenger between Visakhapatnam-Chimidipalle-Visakhapatnam from November 28 to December 4 with the composition of One Vistadome coach, two general class coaches and one second-class-cum-luggage van. The tickets can be booked at counters or in consultation with AP Tourism Department.
The East Coast Railways informed about the partial restoration of the facility to the tourists who visit Araku and Borra Caves. The tourism department had chalked out a package plan for a day visit. According to the plan, the APTDC will take the tourists to Chimidipalle in Vistadome coach covering 40 tunnels.
Later, the tourist will be taken to Araku and Borra Caves in an air-conditioned bus. After visit of Araku and Borra Caves, they will be dropped at Visakhapatnam in the same bus. With lunch and dinner, the APTDC is offering package at Rs 3,400 per head.
