The Nellore MLA had already announced to spend the entire salary as an MLA for the welfare of the people in his constituency.
In a fresh incident, he refused to have two gunmen allocated by the Government. Stating that the people of his constituency are his biggest protection, the YSRCP MLA rejected the offer and also wrote a letter to the DGP and other higher officials to this effect.
