TDP senior leader from Krishna district MVR Chowdary joined the YSRCP on Wednesday. MVR Chowdary and a large number of his followers met Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra at Ganjihalli of Yemmiganur constituency in Kurnool district and formally joined the party. 

Kurnool: TDP senior leader from Krishna district MVR Chowdary joined the YSRCP on Wednesday. MVR Chowdary and a large number of his followers met Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy during his Praja Sankalpa Yatra at Ganjihalli of Yemmiganur constituency in Kurnool district and formally joined the party.

YS Jagan welcomed them by wrapping party stoles around their shoulders. Party leaders Malladi Vishnu and Vellampalli Srinivas accompanied MVR Chowdary.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that he was joining the YSRCP as he is very much confident that YS Jagan can only achieve progress and development of the state.
Sources in the TDP say that MVR Chowdary feels that he is not getting due importance in the Yellow party and he is uncertain about his political future. Thus, he joined the YSRCP.
