Naidu explained to the legislators the Real Time Governance to the legislators, at the Secretariat on Friday. The government gave new IDs and passwords to MLAs and MLCs to the legislators to login and lodge complaints on the RTG portal.

They could use these separate IDs and passwords to officially lodge complaints with the department officials concerned on various issues. They also could post suggestions, feedback, opinions on the performance of government schemes and programmes in this portal, which would be linked with Chief Minister’s Command Control Centre established at the Secretariat.

With this new system, the Chief Minister can directly interact with field-level officers and others, on real time basis.  Hereafter, all the grievances could be lodged through technology and they can be solved through online process.
