The oil and gas available in the region is found in very difficult zones of earth at 5,000 metres.

At this meet, the technological service providers of international repute will present their solutions, the production problems of Rajahmundry and ONGC also. There are 16 service providers of multinational companies which have come to give the presentations on hydro subjects such as drilling methods, radial drilling and logging.

In the inaugural address, VP Mahawar, Director (Onshore), said: “To reduce the imports, bill inducting new technology is the only solution.” However, he cautioned the technology in the industry is so complex that one size fit for all will not help.
