Vijayawada: The department of computer science of Siddhartha Mahila College in the city on Monday observed World Cyber Security Day in the college premises.
On the occasion, the speakers said majority of youth were attracting towards cyber technology. But they should be aware of the problems associated with the technology, they said. They said awareness should be created on usage of cyber technology and cyber laws.
On this occasion, the college also conducted competitions and gave prizes to winners. Principal T Vijaya Lakshmi, computers section head K Anita and several staff were present.
