He asked Kapu leader Mudragada why he did not demand quota for Kapus in ten-year Congress rule. Narayana explained that the BJP and TDP are working hand-in-hand in the state and refuted differences. He exuded confidence of BJP-led NDA government would pass Kapureservation bill in the Parliament.
