Three security guards working in Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) were placed under suspension by the hospital authorities as they behaved roughly and attacked the media persons on Tuesday. 

Tirupati: Three security guards working in Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) were placed under suspension by the hospital authorities as they behaved roughly and attacked the media persons on Tuesday.

The incident took place when media people tried to take the visuals of newly married woman Sailaja, who was taking treatment in SVIMS after brutally thrashed and injured by her husband.

The security guards at the Special ward tried to stop the media persons and entered into altercation with them. They even pushed and assaulted the media personnel. Scribes strongly protested the attitude of the guards.

Later, SVIMS Assistant Director has issued an order that the services of three security guards K Muneendra, A Adinarayana and T Changalrayulu were kept out of duty until further orders. He asked the outsourcing agency, Srivari Hindusthan Multi Services, to relive them with immediate effect.
