Pithapuram: The local Bar Association members demanded removal of name of lawyer K S R Bhaskar from the FIR in Dontamuru murder case. An emergency meeting was held under the leadership of Bar Association president P Bhanu Murthy at the association office here on Saturday. Some members said Bhaskar was forced to move the High Court because of the inhuman behaviour of rural Sub-Inspector V Koteswara Rao towards Bhaskar’s son.
Out of vendetta against Bhaskar, the police framed him in a false case, they said. The members urged the Superintendent of Police to act against the rural SI for foisting false case against the advocate.  Bar Association executive and members were present.
