Naidu poorer than grandson Devansh
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is the poorest in the family with having a lesser amount of property and even the little Devansh has more assets than his grandfather. The family assets of Chandrababu Naidu were made public by his son and Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj N Lokesh on Friday.

Lokesh said it was the seventh consecutive year his family was declaring assets and challenged Opposition party to do the same instead of levelling baseless allegations against his father and family.
Addressing a press conference at Chief Minister’s residence in Undavalli village, Lokesh said the total assets of Chandrababu Naidu stands at Rs 8.17 crore, including an old ambassador car worth Rs 1.52 lakh. With Naidu has more liabilities than his assets, his net assets stand at Rs 2.53 crore while his liabilities are Rs 5.64 crore. Naidu has a residential house at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad and the total worth is Rs 7.75 crore. A residential house jointly with his son Lokesh is in progress. The bank balance of Naidu is Rs 40 lakh.
Naidu’s wife Nara Bhuvaneswari, who manages the listed company Heritage Foods Ltd, has assets worth Rs 46.31 crore. Since, she has liabilities to the tune of Rs 20.90 crore, the net worth stands at Rs 25.41 crore. She has gold jewelery worth Rs 1.27 crore and silver worth Rs 4.57 lakh.
While Naidu has old ambassador car, his wife maintains Audi car worth Rs 91.93 lakh. Lokesh said he has total assets of Rs 26.39 crore. As the total liabilities of him is Rs 11.17 crore, his net assets stands at Rs 15.21 crore. The value of joint house with his father Chandrababu Naidu in Jubilee Hills is Rs 10.10 crore. Lokesh’s wife Nara Brahmani has total assets of Rs 15.37 crore.
Since the liabilities stood at Rs 36.14 lakh, the net worth is Rs 15.01 crore. Lokesh’s son Devansh has total assests of Rs 11.54 crore. The silver cradle of Devansh is worth Rs 2.87 lakh. Family’s investment arm Nirvan Holdings Pvt Ltd has assests worth Rs 34.56 crore and liabilities of Rs 29.19 crore.
Lokesh said he was declaring the assets taking purchase value into account as the market value fluctuates. He challenged the Opposition parties to come to a debate on the assests of his family. “The assets of YSR Congress president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy were being disclosed by CBI. I challenged Opposition party to come for debate, but no one comes forward,” he said.
