  • If not, the CPI national leader says RS 150-cr worth property will be distributed to scribes and hamali workers
  • Narayana makes fun of Nara Lokesh announcing family assets

The CPI national leader visited the old TUDA shopping complex spread over 5 acres in the heart of the city on Saturday along with district party leaders. He broke a white pumpkin at complex site to bring the abandoned shopping complex to use for public purpose.
Speaking on the occasion, Narayana said the then Congress government had abandoned the old TUDA complex and food courts five years ago for the construction of new shopping complex.

The CPI leader stated that the shopping complex land is worth Rs 150 crore and criticised the TD government for not showing interest to develop the public property.
“If the Chandrababu government fails to reuse the land then our party workers will distribute the open land as house plots to scribes and hamali brothers,” he warned. Narayana made fun of Minister Nara Lokesh declaring family assets.

He asked whether Chief Minister’s grandson can do business and earn crores of rupees. This shows how Chandrababu’s family is cheating the public with false property values, he ridiculed. The CPI leader asked the State and Central governments to jointly announce a date of Polavaram Project
completion.
