2 missing students traced
Two Class IX students studying in a private school at Payakaraopeta in Visakhapatnam district, who had gone missing on Monday, were traced at Rambilli area in Visakhapatnam district on Tuesday.
Visakhapatnam: Two Class IX students studying in a private school at Payakaraopeta in Visakhapatnam district, who had gone missing on Monday, were traced at Rambilli area in Visakhapatnam district on Tuesday. According to police, the two boys, both aged 15, have been identified as B Harsha and N Chetan Siva Babu, both were staying in the hostel of the school.
The duo was publicly admonished for their indiscipline and quarrelling with each other. Upset over the incident, the duo went outside on Monday afternoon and didn’t turn up at the hostel. The parents of the two students were informed that their children didn’t return to the hostel on Monday night.
Based on a complaint from the parents of the students, police led by Sub-Inspector M Babu Rao launched a search operation and finally, they traced the students at Rambilli. The police said that the students had gone to their relatives’ home.
However, the parents of the students had a heated argument with the management of the school for punishing the students publicly and asked them to sort out the issues by counselling.
