Joint Collector will act as RO for MLC bypoll: Collector

Kurnool: District Collector S Satyanarayana said that Joint Collector Prasanna Venkatesh would act as the Returning Officer for Kurnool Local Authorities Constituency MLC by-election. Addressing the media here on Thursday along with the Joint Collector, he said that the model code of conduct would be in force across the district from December 12 to January 19, 2018.

He said that the voters list would be made available in the government offices. The polling would take place on January 12, 2018 from 8 am to 4 pm and the counting would be taken up on January 16 and the election process would conclude by January 19, the Collector said.
