Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that his objective is to use technology to make it easier for people to utilise government schemes.He said, “My goal is to build technology between people and the government, they should get the services of government from their home on technology.”

Naidu was the chief guest at the 101 Foundation Day celebrations programme of Karur Vysya Bank. The programme was held in Vizag Convention Hall here on Saturday.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister has said that the technology is very essential in human life. But to get good governance, the public must get services from home on online services through technology.
The Andhra Pradesh is in the top in usage and transforming technology. Chandrababu Naidu launched digital village Bandaru Palli of Guntur, which was adopted by the management of Karur Vysya Bank. He congratulated KVB team for allocating Rs 1crore to Vizag for Development works, under Corporate Social Responsibility scheme of KVB.
The Chairman of KVB, B Swaminathan has welcomed the gathering and explained the glorious journey of KVB and its founder's vision. He said that the Bank was started with Rs 1,20,000 and now reached to Rs1 lakh crore turnover during its 75 years journey.
High standards of customer service has been the strong selling point of the bank which continues to provide a personal touch in its services to its customers through a pan India branch network of 76,41,774 ATMs and 505 Cash Deposit Machines, said Swaminathan.
The Director of KVB,Suryanarayana said that the bank was set up in 1916 by MAVenkataramaChettiar and Athi Krishna Chettiar.
Supported by a vast experience of 101 years, the bank has been adapting itself to meet the challenges of the changing scenario in the banking industry. MD and CEO of Karur Vysya Bank R Seshadri also spoke. The HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Minister for Forest Sidda Raghava Rao, Visakhapatnam MP K HaribBabu and others were present.
