Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said steps are taken to increase the life expectancy of people by 20 years from the present level by providing facilities like greenery and availability of fresh water resources.

Participating in the valedictory session of the two conference on capital city conducted by CRDA here, Chandrababu said his aim is to build a world class capital city which help to create good living condition.
Earlier, the CM attended a meeting on interlinking of Godavari- Penna rivers and asserted the need to the optimum utilisation of Godavari waters which will fetch drinking water needs in Guntur, Prakasham and Rayalaseema district. The available water resoruces should also be utlisied for industrial purpose. It is expected that nearly Rs 80,000 crore for the interlinking of the rivers in Andhra Pradesh
