Pre-Christmas celebrated at VVIT & VIVA
Pre-Christmas was celebrated at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology on Friday, along with students of VIVA-The-School, with aplomb and fervour, said Chairman Vasireddy Vidya Sagar.

Addressing a gathering, Sagar observed that an educational institute is a sacred place for students of all religions. ‘Firmly abiding by that VVIT has been conducting this holy mass event since its inception’. The Christmas cake was distributed to all students and faculty. The Christmas Carrols sung by the students and other activities brought a divine touch and ushered in a meditative mood.
Rev. Dr. Samuel Kiran Babu, Life President, Bible Mission, Guntur, who was the chief guest, spoke about the importance of Christmas and the teachings of Jesus Christ. He observed that the younger generation attracted to ‘punk of the world’ could be brought back to meaningful life by following the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Among those present were Sagar, Secretary S Badari Prasad, Joint Secretary M Sree Krishna, Principal Dr. Y Mallikarjuna Reddy, management committee members, teaching and non-teaching stff and VVIT students.
