Stray dogs kill ailing woman
In a bizarre incident, a woman was killed by stray dogs in Salur town of Vizianagaram district on Friday. Locals found her dead in the early hours of the day. Later, they found wounds on her body and came to know that she was killed by stray dogs. Â

The victim was identified as P Gajalakshmi (46). She has been living alone at Bangaramma Colony as her husband left her long back. She has been suffering from psychological disorder and being fed by neighbours.
She has been in bed for the past some months and was not in a position to come our of her home. Some dogs are also living near her house. A pack of dogs attacked her in the late night (Thursday night), killed her and dragged her out of her house. Later locals have informed this to municipal officials and also to police.
