Tirupati: MVSS Murthy, the Chairman of the Ethics Committee of AP Legislative Council, advised the TTD on Friday to teach ethical values among students across the state, as part of Hindu Dharma campaign. Murthy along with the members of the Ethics Committee held a review meeting with the TTD officials at Padmavathi Guest House here.

The panel chairman directed the TTD to maintain the quality of service being provided to poor devotees, who are visiting Tirumala for Srivari darshan on regular basis. TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal and Tirupati JEO Pola Bhaskar have explained the activities and campaign taken up by TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) all over the country.

The SVBC channel is telecasting several moral and ethical related discourses by eminent personalities, who are experts in Hindu dharma and Vedas,” the JEO informed the Ethics panel. Bhaskar further said that the TTD is forming Bhajan mandals at grassroot level in AP, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka through Dasa Sahitya Project.

Also, teaching the ethical values to students at TTD educational institutions along with curriculum, the JEO added. MLC G Srinivasulu advised the TTD officials to erect arches on the roads with devotional ambience in temple city. Ethics Committee members D Jagadishwar Rao and Ramu Surya Rao, Tirumala JEO J Srinivas Raju and other officials were present.
