Govt keen to implement R&R package to Gandikota displaced

Addressing the oustees, the Collector said that government is keen on implementing the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) package for displaced in the interest of increasing the storage capacity of Gandikota Reservoir.
He recalled that officials already issued the notices to the displaced regarding the errors in the documents submitted by them. To implement the R&R package, Naidu said that the administration has organised ‘Punaravasula Vinathula Parishkara Vedika’ at the Collectorate. Special Collector Nageswara Rao, DRO Balaiah, Jammalamadugu RDO Naganna and others were present.
