Nannapaneni condemns harassment of women in Vizag

Vijayawada: State Mahila Commission Chairperson Nannapaneni Rajakumari condemned the incident in Vizag where an accused was physically and mentally harassing women, who had come for employment. In a press release here on Wednesday, Rajakumari said that she had ordered the police to book a case against the accused Tadisetty Srinivasa Rao under Cyber Crimes Act and punish the guilty for harassing women.
She said that she had received a complaint from the victims in Vizag. She also instructed the Vizag police to register a case against land grabbers who allegedly disrobed a woman in Pendurti mandal.
