Jagan’s Padayatra in Chittoor from Dec 28
The Leader of Opposition and YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy MahaSankalpa Padayatra will be started in Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s home turf Chittoor District from December 28.
Tirupati: The Leader of Opposition and YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy MahaSankalpa Padayatra will be started in Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s home turf Chittoor District from December 28.
YSRCP General Secretary and RajyaSabha member VijayaSaiReddy held a meeting with party MLAs and district leaders at party office in Tirupati on Saturday on the arrangements for Jagan’s Padayatra.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Vijay Sai Reddy has said that “YS Jagan tour will start in Chittoor district from Thamballapalleconstituency. As per the tour schedule, Jagan will enter in the district on December 27evening. From next day, Padayatra will be started officially from Anantapur-Chittoor border villages”.
“Padayathra will continue via Madanapalle, Punganur, Piler, GD Nellore, Nagari, Chandragiri and Srikalahasti constituencies. On his way, Jagan will meet the farmers, women and people from Backward Class sections of the society for discussing on their grievances”, he added.
Earlier, Sai Reddy directed the party leaders to mobilise people in large scale for Jagan’s tour in the district, and also asked the leaders to inform the party chief about the important grievances in their respective constituencies.
In the meeting YSRCP state vice President and Punganuru MLA PeddyReddyRamachandraReddy, State Secretary BhumanKarunaKar Reddy, ChandraGiri MLA CheviReddy Bhaskar Reddy, District Party President NarayanSwami, KuppaminchargeChandraMouli, Piler MLA ChintalaRamChandra Reddy were present.
