Vijayawada: Supreme Court Judge NV Ramana exhorted the advocates to ensure providing justice speedily with the technology support. Inaugurating the Senior Civil Judge Court on the occasion ofGolden Jubilee celebrations of Junior Civil Judge court at Kaikaluru in Krishna district on Saturday, he said that the courts should provide justice to victims immediately and advocates should create confidence among them.

Justice N V Ramana has asked the advocates to study new Acts and make use latest technology for doing justice to the public. The justice has also asserted that advocates should overcome hurdles and create confidence among people on courts. He stressed on the need for requirement of more courts and staff to address increasing cases in tune with the country’s population of 125 crore. He asked the advocates to utilise the Lokadalats for solving cases as early as possible.

Expressing happiness on the developments in the area, he said Kaikuluru got second position in the State in overall growth. He also called up on the prominent persons of the area to work for more development of the area.

High Court Judge V Ramasubramanianhas said that there is no need for the people of the area to go for other parts of State for justice after setting up of Senior Civil Judge Court. As many as 539 cases belong to Kaikaluru, Kalidindi, Mandavalli and Mudinepallimandals have been pending with Machilipatnam and Gudiwada courts and those would be shifted to newly opened court.

Minister for Health Kamineni Srinivas has said the people of the area have been demanding the establishment of Senior Civil Judge court from 1998 and now it has become reality. He thanked the officials for granting the court. RDO Chakrapani, Senior and Junior Civil Judges Saraswathi and Satyakumari, MLC K Vital Rao and several officials were also present.
