Speaking on the occasion, Mouin from New Zealand explained about success without stress and concept of transcendental meditation and continued by Mustafa, Australia and his theme was no pain-no gain. He had given detailed note on transcendental meditation and brief explanation on the greatness of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who was the inventor of concept.

Dr N S Sampath Kumar, Professor and HOD, department Neuro sciences, Narayana Institutions, appreciated the definition and basics of meditation, brain training to work on medication–basics of neuro anatomy, principles of meditation, meditation–cognitive effects, meditation and physiological changes, various transmitters and their function, meditation – cognitive theory and social physiology.

He advised to practice meditation compulsorily in one’s life style to overcome mental and physical stress.

Dr M Bhaskar, Rector SV University, Tirupati, Dr V Nagi Reddy, Principal, Narayana Medical Academy, Dr G Subramanyam, Director, Narayana Academy and Dr S Vijaya Kumar, Co-ordinator; Dr P Rama Mohan, Professor of Pharmacology, Narayana Academy were also present.
