Naidu on Sunday called upon Telugu NRIs and Telugus residing across the country to take part in Janmabhoomi—My Village programme that is going to be launched on January 3, 2018
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday called upon Telugu NRIs and Telugus residing across the country to take part in Janmabhoomi—My Village programme that is going to be launched on January 3, 2018.
He said that the programme is aimed at encouraging people to take part in the development of their village and its affairs, activities. Chandrababu naidu said that as many as five lakh agriculture ponds would dedicated to nation during the programme launch. All the welfare programmes and schemes that are being implemented by the state government should reach every door step in the state, the AP CM said.
He reviewed the works pertaining to Janmabhoomi—My Village programme at State Secretariat. Information regarding basic amenities, welfare programmes, family and social development are being updated time to time on web portal, said Panchayat Raj Minister Nara Lokesh.
