College Principal P V Naganjaneyulu said Prof N Ramaswamy Aiyar, Ratna Kumar, M Rama Krishna and B Vimal are resource persons.
Chairman Muthavarapu Srinivas Babu said the seminar will be helpful for students to have sound knowledge on changes occurring in construction field.
