Kadapa: The city police caught 150 youngsters for indulging in eve teasing, drunken driving, and violation of traffic rules on Wednesday. Later, they were given counseling in the presence of their parents. Speaking on the occasion, Kadapa DSP Masum Basha warned of stringent action against traffic rule violators and creating nuisance in public places on December 31st night.
