The vital organs of Nakka Raja (18) who died in a road accident have been donated to Manipal Hospital in Guntur district, Ayush Hospital in Vijayawada and Agarwal Eye Hospital in Guntur. Raja hailed from Sri Ram Nagar Colony in Amalapuram mandal.

Guntur: The vital organs of Nakka Raja (18) who died in a road accident have been donated to Manipal Hospital in Guntur district, Ayush Hospital in Vijayawada and Agarwal Eye Hospital in Guntur. Raja hailed from Sri Ram Nagar Colony in Amalapuram mandal.

He was studying Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) at K L University in Guntur. He was admitted to Manipal Hospital on December 21 after he and his friend met with a road accident. On December 27, doctors declared him brain dead.

The donation has been done with the acceptance of Raja’s parents Nageswara Rao and Seetha Ratnam, siblings Dr Gouthami and Divya Sri and other family members in the presence of Jeevandaan Chairman Dr C V Rao, Chief Executive Officer Dr Krishna Murthy and Ma nipal Hospital Unit Head Dr Sudhakar Kantipudi.
