Dwadasi Chakrasnanam performed
Chakrasnanam was performed to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar on Saturday on the occasion of Vaikuntha Dwadasi. The Chakrattalwar was taken in a celestial procession to Swamy Puskarini between 4:30 am and 5:30 am on Saturday and Chakrasnanam was performed.
Tirumala: Chakrasnanam was performed to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar on Saturday on the occasion of Vaikuntha Dwadasi.
The Chakrattalwar was taken in a celestial procession to Swamy Puskarini between 4:30 am and 5:30 am on Saturday and Chakrasnanam was performed.
It was strongly believed that those who take holy dip in the Pushkarini during this auspicious hour will get the merit of having taken bath in three crore theerthas located at Tirumala. TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal, temple Dy EO Rama Rao and others were also present.
Srinivasa Mangapuram temple: On the occasion of Vaikunta Dwadasi, TTD organised Chakrasnanam at the Pushkarini of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swami temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram where the Vaikunta dwara Darshanam was organised to give devotees the experience of Vaikunta Darshanam.
Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was taken on a celestial procession in the early hours of Saturday and Chakrasnanam was performed.
The temple priests performed holy dip to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar, the sacred disc weapon of the Lord, in the temple tank, after performing Snapana Tirumanjanam to the Sudarshana Chakrattalwar amidst chanting of Vedic mantras. Devotees witnessed the entire ceremony.
Local temple Dy EO Venkataiah, AEO Dhananjeyulu and others officials were also present. Tiruchanur temple: On the occasion of the Vaikunta Dwadasi, TTD organised Chakrasnanam to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar at the Pushkarini Theertha of Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple on Saturday morning.
