Andhra University enters Memorandum of Understanding with Wachemo varsity
The Andhra University entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wachemo University of Ethiopia here on Monday. Registrar, Andhra University ProfV Umamaheswara Rao and Prof Adane Haile Kobamo, Vice-President, Academic Affairs of Wachemo University, signed the MoU papers in the presence of AU Vice Chancellor ProfGNageswara Rao.
Visakhapatnam: The Andhra University entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wachemo University of Ethiopia here on Monday. Registrar, Andhra University ProfV Umamaheswara Rao and Prof Adane Haile Kobamo, Vice-President, Academic Affairs of Wachemo University, signed the MoU papers in the presence of AU Vice Chancellor ProfGNageswara Rao.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Nageswara Rao said that the Andhra University would make more academic and research collaborations with global universities. He said the Andhra University would admit more number of students from other countries particularly African countries into graduate, post-graduate and PhD programmes.
On the occasion, ProfAdane Haile Kobamo said that the Wachemo University would work in academic and research work with Andhra University. He said the university would send its students for PhD programmes.
