Tirupati: Holy city of Tirupati will become the venue for the two-day mega conclave of Buddhist Society of India to be organised by its AP wing on February 10 and 11 at Ramanaidu Kalyana Mandapam on Tanapalli Road. In this 8th conclave, 2,000 delegates will participate along with 25 Buddhist saints, scholars and others and give lectures.

They will organise a demonstration from Jyothirao Phule statue to Ambedkar statue in the city on February 9. The details were disclosed by organising committee convenor G Govinda Swamy to media here on Wednesday.

Co-convener K Dinakar Murthy, former judge P Gurrappa, members Dr Srihari Rao, Dharma Rao, Raghupathi Rao, Bhaskara Rao, Ramanjaneyulu, Munirathnam, Prabhakar and M Nagaraja participated.
