Panyam MLA, Gowru Cheritha Reddy and Commissioner for Municipal Corporation, CB Harinath Reddy also participated.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Pratap Reddy has said that despite revenue deficit after bifurcation, the government has been striving for the welfare of the poor and down trodden people. The aim of the government is to see that the government schemes reach the actual beneficiaries. The government is making use of latest technology, he said and advised people to take the help of technology and make use welfare schemes. Eligible applicants would be served with ration cards besides pensions, he added.

Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, CB Harinath Reddy suggested the people of Shareen Nagar to keep their surroundings neat and clean. He assured developing the park in the area for the benefit of children and elders. He suggested the people to download the PURA-APP and send the problems in this area after taking photo snaps.

The officials received representations from the people. Meanwhile, Member of Parliament Butta Renuka also participated in the Janma Bhoomi-Maa Uru programme at Polkal village in C Belagal mandal on Friday. She said that the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is striving to ensure that the government schemes are reached to the beneficiary. On this occasion the villagers of Polkal urged the MP to save their standing crops by providing water from Tungabhadra River.
