AP Govt striving for welfare of all sections
The government is committed to development of the state, said Government Whip K Ravi Kumar and MLA G Laxmidevi. They took part in Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru programmes at Amudalavalasa and Srikakulam segments separately on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, they explained about the measures taken up by the government for the benefit of employees like enhancement of salaries of contract and outsourcing staff, housing scheme for employees, while for the people-Chandranna Bhima, enhancement of pension, houses for the poor. They also said that development works like roads, drains and projects are also taken up by the government.
The government concentrating on welfare of farmers by providing seeds at subsidy price and water for rabi crops. The Government Whip distributed Rs 5.89 crore worth assets to the eligible poor in one day. Janmabhoomi-Maa Vooru programmes concluded at all mandal headquarters across the district.
