Special Chief Secretary (Revenue Department) Manmohan Singh, District Collector Kona Sasidhar, CRDA Commissioner Cherukuri Sridhar, and DIG Gopala Rao (Guntur Range) paid a visit to the grievance hall at the Chief Minister’s residence on Wednesday and reviewed the arrangements for a two-day Collectors’ conference beginning from Thursday.

Guntur: Special Chief Secretary (Revenue Department) Manmohan Singh, District Collector Kona Sasidhar, CRDA Commissioner Cherukuri Sridhar, and DIG Gopala Rao (Guntur Range) paid a visit to the grievance hall at the Chief Minister’s residence on Wednesday and reviewed the arrangements for a two-day Collectors’ conference beginning from Thursday. They inspected the seating arrangements for the District Collectors, Superintendent of Police and also for the media coverage.

Speaking on the occasion, Kona Sasidhar said over 2,000 people would be participating in the conference along with officials from the 13 districts. He said that the Chief Minister would give awards and appreciation letters also in the ‘Janma Bhoomi-Maavooru’ programme. He also directed the officials to set up health camps as a precautionary measure to avoid untoward incidents. Tourism Commissioner Himansh Shukla,Guntur (rural) SP Ch Venkata Appala Naidu and officials of various government departments were present.
