Devineni Uma hits back at YSRCP on Polavaram Project

Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao hit back at YSR Congress party regarding the allegations made against Polavaram Project.

Claiming that it is the YSRCP’s conspiracy to write a letter to Prime Minister’s Office making false allegations of irregularities in Polavaram Project, he said that the state government is speeding up the project works.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, the Minister said the leaders who had ignored the project during the Congress rule were now creating hurdles to the project and added that the state government is committed to completing the project works by the end of 2018 and do justice to affected people of Polavaram Project.
