HR can win meet concludes
A two-day conference on ‘HR can win’ jointly organised by Vignan Group of Engineering and Pharmacy Institutions and Society for Human Resources Development (SHRD) concluded here on Sunday.
Visakhapatnam: A two-day conference on ‘HR can win’ jointly organised by Vignan Group of Engineering and Pharmacy Institutions and Society for Human Resources Development (SHRD) concluded here on Sunday.
On the second day, HR managers from SHRD Pavan Kumar VVS, Suresh Samudrala, Shailesh Kumar, Srinivas Vedula and Ch Dakshina Murty conducted the sessions on ‘HR as Business Partner’, ‘Talent Acquisition Space’, ‘Employee Engagement’ and ‘Industrial Relations.’
Speaking at the valedictory function, CEO of Vignan Group of Institutions Pavan Krishna thanked the resource persons from the SHRD and also felicitated them.
He also congratulated the organisers and the participants for organsing a placement oriented training programme and expressed hope that the programme would help the management students to understand latest trends and strategies in the HR.
Principal of VIIT Dr Challa Narasimham said that the training programme would be very useful for the aspirants of the HR professionals.
