Private bus overturns
A private travels bus overturned near Allugundu village of Veldurthy mandal in the early hours on Thursday. According to the available information, a private travels bus belonging to SRS Transport in Bengaluru was said to be heading to Hyderabad from Bengaluru with 40 passengers on board. Â

After crossing Dhone in the wee hours of Thursday, it reached Allugundu village where the bus overturned along the side of the road. Some passengers were said to have sustained injuries in the incident. Due to high speed, the driver lost control and the bus overturned, it
is said.
The Veldurthy police, on learning about the incident, rushed to the spot and shifted the injured passengers to Dhone and Kurnool General Hospitals. Police are probing the case.
