On Day 2 of the annual Teppotsavam at Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple on Friday, the presiding deity gave darshan to devotees as Sri Parthasarathy Swamy along with His consorts on the float between 6.30 pm and 8 pm.  

Tirupati: On Day 2 of the annual Teppotsavam at Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple on Friday, the presiding deity gave darshan to devotees as Sri Parthasarathy Swamy along with His consorts on the float between 6.30 pm and 8 pm.

As per Agama traditions, the float will go round in the Pushkarini for five times and the Lord will give darshan to devotees who throng the temple for the festival. On Saturday, the presiding deity will give darshan to devotees as Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy.

The artists of the HDPP and Annamaharya project rendered Bhajans, Harikatha and Bhakti sangeet during the festival. Among others Dy EO P Varalakshmi, Superintendent Suresh, temple inspector Krishnamurthy and other officials participated in the event.
