Sets deadline for completion of works
Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Commissioner Ch Sreedhar inspected construction works of housing projects for MLAs, IAS officers and government employees at Rayapudi and Nelapadu villages in the capital city region on Sunday.Â
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Commissioner Ch Sreedhar inspected construction works of housing projects for MLAs, IAS officers and government employees at Rayapudi and Nelapadu villages in the capital city region on Sunday.
Sreedhar enquired officials of contract agencies about the progress of foundation works and suggested to be cautious over quality. He said 288 flats would be constructed for MLAs in 12 towers and 144 flats in six towers would come up at Rayapudi village and all the works should be completed in the stipulated time.
He also said 1,968 flats would come up in 22 towers for NGOs at Nelapadu village. He said each tower would be constructed with 12 floors. He reviewed designs of the housing projects and said all the works must be completed as per schedule. He also directed officials to keep in touch with the contract agencies and ensure works to completed in time.
