Chairman and Managing Director of APEPDCL HY Dora launched  a new  mobile application ‘CCC Mobile App’ (Customer Call Centre Mobile Application) on Friday. The app enables escalation, monitoring, tracking and updating of rectification of received fuse off calls and other electricity related complaints as part of providing better services to customers received through 1912 (CCC).  

Visakhapatnam: Chairman and Managing Director of APEPDCL HY Dora launched a new mobile application ‘CCC Mobile App’ (Customer Call Centre Mobile Application) on Friday. The app enables escalation, monitoring, tracking and updating of rectification of received fuse off calls and other electricity related complaints as part of providing better services to customers received through 1912 (CCC).

Speaking on the occasion, the CMD said that the app could provide quick resolving complaints with better services to the consumers at any time.
He requested the consumers to use 1912 (CCC) facility for registering all types of electricity related complaints.

The complaints received through toll free number would be registered and sent to the corresponding designated officer for immediate rectification of the problem.

The designated officer would immediately appear and would rectify it and intimate the same to the customer control room through the app. After rectification of the complaint, an SMS would be sent to the complainant for obtaining feedback. Thus, the consumer’s problem would be rectified immediately.

APEPDCL Directors B Seshukumar, TVS Chandrasekhar, CGM (Operation) PVV Sathyanarayana, GMs C Srinivasa Murty, G Sarat Kumar and M Sathyanarayana Murty were present.
