Night temperatures below normal in coastal AP, Seema

The night temperatures in Rayalaseema were markedly below normal by 5.1 degrees Celsius or less at a few places on Friday. They were appreciably below normal ranging from 3.1 to 5 degrees Celsius in coastal Andhra, the Met department bulletin said. The lowest minimum of 13 degrees Celsius was recorded in Arogyavaram (which had 11 degrees Celsius on Thursday), and Anantapur.

The other night temperatures recorded in the State were: Kadapa 14, Bapatla, Kalingapatnam, Vijayawada, Nandyal &Tirupati 15 each, Nandigama, Jangamaheswarapuram & Visakhapatnam Airport 16 each, Machilipatnam, Tuni & Kurnool 17 each, Kakinada, Kavali & Visakhapatnam 18 each, Narsapur 19, Nellore & Ongole 20 each.
