The fair spread across 20 cities will bring together prominent universities and educational institutes from Australia under one roof. Over 250 students and parents participated in the fair.

Visakhapatnam: IDP Education India, the leading student placement service provider, organised Australian education fair here on Tuesday for students aspiring to pursue higher education in Australia. The fair spread across 20 cities will bring together prominent universities and educational institutes from Australia under one roof. Over 250 students and parents participated in the fair.

The Australian Education Fair in Visakhapatnam provides an opportunity to have one-on-one interaction with 45 Australian institutions, including Bond University, CQ University, Deakin University, James Cook University, Kent Institute, La Trobe University, Le Cordon Bleu, Macquarie University, Monash University, Melbourne Institute of Technology, RMIT University, Study Group-Australia and others. In addition, the institutions offered fee waiver and scholarships.

The institutions explained to the students and parents about the programmes and first-hand information on courses and scholarships. Speaking on the occasion, Regional Director of South Asia of IDP Education Piyush Kumar said that the idea is to hand-hold the aspiring candidates and provide them with an experience which is not just hassle free but also widens their horizon in terms of opportunities available.
