Normal life crippled as commercial shops, schools and colleges, government and private offices were closed. RTC did not ply buses in the district from 6 am to 1 pm. Regional Manager A Changal Reddy said the RTC incurred a loss of Rs 90 lakh as against Rs 60 lakh per day.
