NSS Youth Festival enthrals
A colourful youth festival was held with the participation of NSS volunteers belonging to East and West Godavari districts at the RRBHR Government Degree College here on Saturday.
Pithapuram: A colourful youth festival was held with the participation of NSS volunteers belonging to East and West Godavari districts at the RRBHR Government Degree College here on Saturday.
In all, 80 students took part in various events - essay-writing, quizprogramme, elocution competition, dance- classical & group, classical instrumental music, rangoli and other events.
G Sowmya of BVR Degree College of Bhimavaram, Nikhita from St Theresa Autonomous College for Women, VD Sandhya from Aditya Prakash in Rajahmundry, P Divyasri from MSN Charities in Kakinada presentedKuchipudi and BharataNatyam dance performances to the delight of audiences. Folk and group dance events also enthralled the spectators.
The top performing students of AdikaviNannayya University will be sent to the state –level youth festival to be held at Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati on February 26 and 27.
