Miscreants fail to open bank lockers

Vijayawada: Unidentified miscreants made bid to rob cash and gold from Krishna District Co-operative Central Bank at Pedana town on Sunday night. Though they successfully broke open main door of bank by breaking locks, they failed to open iron safe lockers.
According to Pedana police, some unknown persons entered bank on Sunday night and tried to open lockers. The miscreants cut off CCTV cable wires and damaged them and took away the DVR in which the recording is stored.
