Kandukur: YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy has promised Rs 15,000 financial help to parents who are sending their children to school and waiving of DWCRA loans in four phases.

On the 90th day of PrajaSankalpa Yatra, Jagan started from Bangarakkapalem cross in Prakasam district.

At Valetivaripalem, the YSRC chief interacted with tobacco farmers, who complained to him that they are not getting minimum profit on the crop. The farmers explained that they are incurring an expenditure of Rs 176 per kg production of tobacco and the lease price is an extra burden. If the minimum sale price is below Rs 210, they will go into losses but the government is not taking any initiation in providing it, they complained him. Jaganassured them that his party will support their fight for minimum sale price.

Alleging Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu cheated women in the name of waiving DWACRA loans, Jagan announced at Polinenipalem that YSRCP will waive DWCRA loans and pay money directly to women in four installments if his party voted to power.

As the women said that they are daily wage coolies, Jagan assured them, all parents who send their children to school will be given a financial help of Rs 15,000 every year. He also promised to reduce minimum age for pension to 45 years and increase pension to Rs 2,000 per head.

At lunch time, a 50-member delegation of lawyers from Eluru met Jagan and announced support for YSRCP in the fight for Special Category Status.

Eluru Bar Association secretary Rajendra Babusaid they submitted a representation to Jaganrequesting him not to stop the fight for SCS and promised their support to YSRCP in the elections. Later, the lawyers also participated in the walk with Jagan. A group of fishermen also met Jagan at the lunch camp and complained him that Chandrababu Naidu promised them to include in STs, but betrayed them later.Jagan promised justice to their fight after he comes into power.
