Vijayanand along with AP Transco JMDs P Umapathi and Dinesh Parchuri held a teleconference with officials of energy department in the wake of strike notice by the outsourcing staff.

Vijayanand along with AP Transco JMDs P Umapathi and Dinesh Parchuri held a teleconference with officials of energy department in the wake of strike notice by the outsourcing staff.
During the review, Vijayanand took stock of the situation and directed the officials to take all precautions to prevent any disruption in power supply and suggested to arrange police security at power substations to avoid any untoward incidents. He also appealed to the outsourcing staff to withdraw the move as the state government was ready to pursue their appeals sympathetically.
