Congress to move no-confidence motion for SCS: PCC chief

PCC president N Raghuveera Reddy  said not only the 45 Congress MPs, but also members of 14 other parties in the country would support Congress president Rahul Gandhi in taking up the issue of SCS in Parliament  Raghuveera Reddy participated in ‘Andhrula Atma Gourava Deeksha’ at Gudur here on Friday along with DCC president Panabaka Krishnaiah and other leaders.  

Nellore: PCC president N Raghuveera Reddy said not only the 45 Congress MPs, but also members of 14 other parties in the country would support Congress president Rahul Gandhi in taking up the issue of SCS in Parliament Raghuveera Reddy participated in ‘Andhrula Atma Gourava Deeksha’ at Gudur here on Friday along with DCC president Panabaka Krishnaiah and other leaders.

They took out a bike rally in Gudur and addressed a public meeting at the RDO Office. Addressing the meeting, the PCC chief said that MPs belongs to AP had raised their voice in Parliament for the SCS and added that Congress was fully committed to the cause. Raghuveera said Congress was going to intensify its stir for the SCS for AP.

“Though the TDP and some other parties were satisfied with the Special Economic Package earlier, the Congress was the only party that has been continuing its fight for the SCS. Now, these parties have raised their voice for the SCS keeping in view of feelings of people,” he said.
