Vigilance officials raided stone crusher units on Wednesday after a series allegations came to light on them which were located at Venkupalem village in Anakaplle mandal .
Visakhapatnam: Vigilance officials raided stone crusher units on Wednesday after a series allegations came to light on them which were located at Venkupalem village in Anakaplle mandal .
On a tip off, Additional Director of Vigilance Samuel Raj conducted raids on Vengamamba Stone Crusher unit with his team as it was using electricity from an unauthorised service number in the crusher unit.
During the raid, officials identified that the management was using the power from an unauthorised service number to run the crusher machines in the unit.
After checking the records regarding the land utilised for stone crushing unit with revenue department officials, the survey number issue will be investigated. The officials seized the records and documents from the management.
